一、概述 Product Overview

   ZW□-40.5户外高压真空断路器系三相交流50Hz、额定电压40.5kv及以下的户外高压开关设备。可作为分、合负荷电流、过载电流及短路电流之用。
Type ZW7-40.5 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is a kind of outdoor high-voltage switchgear under three-phase AC 50Hz, 40.5kv rated voltage and below. It can be used to switch on and off the loading, overloading and short-circuit current.

二、使用环境条件 Service and Environmental Condition

a.周围空气温度 Ambient temperature：-30℃~+40℃; 
b.海拔高度范围一般海拔1000-2000Altitude range: 1000-2000 高原海拔 2001-4000m；Plateau altitude 2001-4000m
c.风压不超过700Pa（相当于风速34m/s）Wind pressure: ≤700Pa (wind speed: 34m/s)
d.地震烈度不超过8级；Earthquake Intensity: ≤ Richter scale 8
e.空气污秽程度Ⅲ级。Air pollution level: Level III

■断路器主壳体及机构箱、底架采用热镀锌处理，机构箱外壳门板采用不锈钢板、外部导电元件采用防锈铝加工而成，具有很强的抗腐蚀与抗氧化能力。The bottom frame of the circuit breaker is treated with hot dipping; the housing adopts stainless steel plate; the exterior component is processed with rust-proof aluminum material which has strong capability to prevent from corrosion and oxidation.
■断路器的传动箱为防水型箱体，为了防止内部电气控制元件受潮，传动箱内配有加热装置。The gearbox for circuit breaker is made of water-proof cabinet, it can be used to prevent the internal electrical control element from rusting. The heating device is mounted in the gear box.
■真空灭弧室是断路器的主要部件，为了更好地适应户外产品的需要，我们设计了本产品的专用真空灭弧室，它具有性能可靠、使用寿命长、开断能力大等特点。The vacuum arc extinguish chamber is the major part for the circuit break. In order to meet the product requirement of outdoor purpose, it has the characteristics of reliable performance, long service life and excellent braking capability.
■本产品配有LZZBJW-40.5型外置电流互感器，每个互感器最多可配四个独立的线圈，线图数量、变化，精度可根据用户要求制作变比根据需要可在100/5 ~1600/5范围内选取，计量精度最主高可以达到0.2及0.2s级，四个线圈的变比、精度可以不同。The product is assembled with Type LZZBJ4-35 and LZZBJ2-40.5 external current transformer. Each current transformer can equip with as much as 4 independent coils. The quantity, variation ratio and precision of coil can be chosen ranged from 100/5 to 1600/5 as per requested by customer. The measure precision can be reached to Level 0.2 and 0.2s at most. The variation ratio and precision of all 4 coils can be different.

附装弹簧机构或电磁操动机构，可以远控电动分合闸，也可以就地手动储能，分合闸。设计性能满足GB1984-89（交流高压断路器）国家标准要求，并满足IEC-56（交流断路器）国际标准要求。该产品总体结构分为上瓷套内装灭弧室，下瓷套支撑。具有密封好，抗老化，免维护，无爆炸，安装简单等优点。造价经济性强，一般10年无大修。
Attached spring mechanism or electromagnetic actuator, can be remote control electric switch, but also manual energy storage, closing. The design performance meets the requirements of GB1984-89 (AC High Voltage Circuit Breaker) national standard and IEC-56 (AC Circuit Breaker) international standard. The overall structure of the product can be divided into an arc-extinguishing chamber on the top of a porcelain sleeve and a support on the bottom of the cover. It has the advantages of good sealing, anti-aging, no maintenance, no explosion, simple installation and so on. High cost and economy, generally no overhaul in 10 years
我公司对传统支架做了进一步优化，使用加厚冷板采用重型折弯焊接而成，外表采用热镀锌工艺进行防腐防锈抗老化处理。机构箱前后门板采用304不锈钢制作，并做防水硅胶条防雨水处理，可满足IP55级。
Our company has further optimized the traditional support, using 6 thick cold plates by heavy bending welding, using hot dip galvanizing process for anticorrosion, rust, anti-aging treatment. The front and rear door board of the body box is made of 304 stainless steel and treated with waterproof silicone tape against Rain Water. It can meet IP55 grade.

4.2配套电流互感器参数
4.2 matching current transformer parameters
配套电流互感器有外置和内置两种规格，内置为LZZBJ4-35，为户内树脂浇注成型，装入主支架内部，上面进出线排在断路器下瓷套内，并灌入高压绝缘脂见内置互感器型式外形图。外置为LZZBJW-35户外环氧浇注成型。参数可以做成3个变比，4个绕组。装入断路器出线板下面，在断路器主支架傍边有互感器底座支架见外置互感器型式图。
The matching current transformer has two specifications: external and built-in. It is built into LZZBJ4-35, for indoor resin pouring molding, and inside the main support, the upper entry and outlet lines are arranged in the bottom porcelain sleeve of the circuit breaker. And high-voltage insulation grease can be seen in the shape of the type of transformer. Outside for LZZBJW-35 outdoor epoxy casting molding. The parameters can be made into three ratios and four windings. Under the circuit breaker outlet board, there is the transformer base support in the circuit breaker main support to see the type diagram of external transformer.
